About
Steven M. Cerny
Attorney
Steve has been in private practice for over fifteen years representing clients in litigation involving business and employment law claims in state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration in Minnesota and throughout the country. He has a track record of success, both in resolving matters at an early stage and before trial, and in developing and executing successful litigation strategies.

Steve also provides business owners and human resources professionals with counsel on virtually all aspects of employment law and business law matters. He serves as outside general counsel for companies who do not have in-house counsel, but who need a lawyer to provide ongoing and frequent advice and representation.

Steve is a partner and co-founder of Santi Cerny, PLLC, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While his business clients are predominantly headquartered in Minnesota or the upper Midwest, Steve's clients have offices and locations throughout the United States, Canada, and overseas.

Steve graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and attended law school at William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) where he graduated with honors and has since taught as an Adjunct Professor. Steve has been recognized by his peers and Super Lawyers® as a top-rated attorney.
