The government agency - the EEOC - was eventually forced to dismiss the federal lawsuit after conflicting evidence emerged, evidence that had been brought to light through the tireless work of Steve Cerny. Throughout this long, drawn out case Steve and I continually worked together. As tedious as the work involved with the case may have been, working directly with Steve was always an enjoyable experience, even when it carried over into the weekend. Although Steve is incredibly smart, he explained the anticipated legal process to me at a level at which I could understand and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that arose. The big thing for me, though, even though I am not an attorney Steve always treated me with respect and listened to my suggestions.
To this day the company continues to use Steve and his firm for much of its legal counsel.
