Steve works closely with business owners, in-house counsel, management, and human resources professionals to provide advice and counsel on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, and on compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Steve assists clients in preparing employment agreements and separation agreements, implementing and administering policies and procedures, and navigating discipline and termination issues. Steve conducts, and assists clients in conducting, internal investigations (e.g., sexual harassment) and management training.

Steve works with employers to reduce the risk of litigation through implementing best practices and procedures, and by helping employers stay up to date on their constantly changing obligations.
